About Us
Travel By Design (TBD) was founded in 1995 to provide
a service to corporate, marketing / promotion marketing companies,
consumer products firms and the group travel environment.
Travel By Design is proud to announce the receipt of Certification
by National Women Business Owners Corporation (NWBOC), a designation
that is important to many of our corporate clients who trace this
for their internal diversity programs.
Our company has been in business over 10 years with a sum total of
20 years plus of experience. The principals who founded the business
are active today on a hands-on basis. We have access to the resources
to offer the horsepower and clout you need; yet small enough to be
highly responsive and offer personalized service.
Additionally, our experience in and understanding of the travel and
incentive industry will set the stage for a working relationship based
on our knowledge and understanding of your unique needs.
As your Travel Coordinator and full service Travel Provider, we will
work with you or your client's consumer winners to confirm the details
of the prize trip, and address any details of a package for groups
or individuals. Delivering an effortless yet memorable travel program
is our specialty.
PROMOTION FULFILLMENT
We are the "go-between" the winner and your company, handling
all contacts via our 800 number. We confirm travel dates and arrangements,
book air, confirm airport transfers, secure gift cheques, instruct
winners in "proof of citizenship" requirements where required,
and send travel documents via FedEx with a letter of instruction /
confirmation prior to departure.
Sweepstakes consumer winners may often be infrequent travelers. We
are attentive to their concerns and make sure we communicate clearly
all information related to their prize so that all their expectations
are fulfilled. We offer exemplary customer service and attention to
detail.
We are a full service travel agency, offering the complete range of
travel services. But since our niche is consumer/incentive travel,
we do not sell retail travel.
We can also offer on-site staff Directors to assist consumer groups
from 6 to 600. We have managed consumer groups at programs such as
the NBA All Star Program, 2000 Sydney Olympics, 2001, Mexico Soccer
tournaments, etc.
We also work with many companies that do have their own in-house fulfillment
capabilities. We are called upon to supplement internal resources
or outsource special project requirements based on project demands.

An incentive travel program costs - but it also pays off when it's
handled the TBD way. We're the experts at planning and finding the
best values anywhere in the world. We run an efficient operation without
the expensive layers of bureaucracy common to some large firms. More
than that, we're also committed to an open business relationship with
