Conditions and Restrictions:

  • All packages are subject to availability. Some packages may have blackout dates and/or may be seasonal.
  • Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance to avoid additional costs. Sporting event packages and/or event tickets require special handling. These reservations must be made well in advance and require non-refundable deposit to guarantee the reservation.
  • Packages, which include airline reservations, may require a Saturday night stay.
  • Penalty fees will apply for changes or cancellations to package once reservations have been made. Fees vary depending on the package, time of change or cancellation.
  • Package rates are based on double occupancy. There is an additional cost for a single rate. All packages are subject to increase.
  • Most car rental companies require drivers to be at least 25 years of age, carry a major credit card in his/her name and show proof of insurance.
  • Hotel policy may require that guests present a major credit card in his/her name at check-in for incidentals, even though the room and tax is prepaid as part of the package.
  • Proper documentation (passport, visa, etc.) is required for international travel / cruise and is the responsibility of the winner to obtain.

Travel By Design, Inc. is acting as an intermediary and agent for suppliers in selling services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services which are not directly supplied by this company such as hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, event tickers, and cruises. This company, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract, or any intentional or unintentional actions or omissions or conditions outside the company's control. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler(s) assumes all risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them.

The client acknowledges the position of the company as stipulated by the foregoing and agrees to hold the company blameless in making the arrangements on his behalf, provided same shall be sought directly from the suppliers. The client also agrees to the terms and conditions of the tour and services as set forth by the suppliers. Rates are subject to change without notice. Tours and event tickets are subject to availability. Payment of deposit or full payment shall constitute consent to all provisions stated herein.
